Fair Case is a consumer-facing brand operated by Second Chair LLC (“Second Chair”), a personal injury lead generation company. We run advertising campaigns under the Fair Case name (getafaircase.com) to reach people who have been injured and may need legal representation. On the attorney side, Second Chair partners directly with personal injury law firms to deliver those leads — one firm per market, exclusively.
